Coach Autumn was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. She played varsity basketball all throughout middle and high school. She won the 3A Florida State Championship as a 7th grader. Throughout her high school career, Coach Autumn earned all district first team 3 times and averaged a double double her sophomore and junior year. She continued chasing her 2nd championship until she tore her ACL senior year in high school. After graduating from high school, she began her coaching career coaching AAU, middle school, and junior varsity girls’ basketball. She received her bachelor of science in Health Science from Florida A&M University (aka the best HBCU in the nation). While in college and a little after, she served in the Florida Army National Guard as a combat medic. She just recently moved to Houston Texas in 2021.
She has over 10 years of coaching experience and is currently in her first year of graduate school, pursuing her Master’s in Athletic Coaching at Florida State University. This is her second year as the head coach for TSF’s 7th-grade team. Currently, she is a Performance Coach at ILTexas Westpark K8. At Westpark, she serves as the head coach for the girls’ and boys’ cross country, girls’ basketball, and girls’ softball teams. Off the court, Coach Autumn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling the world, and experiencing new things.
